Download your purchase

Every purchase is delivered automatically to the Cfx.re account you signed in with at checkout. It usually appears within a few minutes.

#Download from the Cfx.re Portal

1. Open the Cfx.re Portal (opens in a new tab) and sign in with the same Cfx.re account you used at checkout.
2. Go to Assets > Granted Assets.
3. Find the script and press Download to get the newest version.
4. Extract the archive into your server's resources folder. Keep the folder name (for example lg_banking) - our resources use it for their events.

#The purchase is not there

• Wait up to 15 minutes - Tebex sometimes needs a moment to confirm the payment.
• Check that you are signed in to the same Cfx.re account you used at checkout.
• Check the email receipt from Tebex: it shows the transaction ID (tbx-...) and the products.
• Still missing after 24 hours? Get support with your transaction ID.
