Configuration - ID Cards & Licenses

config.lua:

Option	Description
`Config.Bridge`	Framework, notifications, target, inventory, mugshot (`'auto'` detects them)
`Config.Documents`	Document types: label, card title, icon, price, days valid, colors, `hasStatus`
`Config.PaymentMethods`	`'cash'` and/or `'bank'`
`Config.CardIssuer` / `CardShortName`	Text printed on the card header
`Config.NPCs`	Shop NPCs: model, position, target text, blip
`Config.ShopDistance`	Max distance to an NPC when buying
`Config.Police`	Jobs, license type, duty requirement, command, distance, history size
`Config.ShowDistance` / `ShowTime`	Who sees a shown card and for how long
`Config.DateFormat`	Date format on cards

server_config.lua (never sent to players): Discord webhook URL, name and footer.
