`Config.Bridge`	Framework, notifications, target (`'auto'` detects them)
`Config.Banks`	Teller ped model, blip, teller locations
`Config.ATMModels`	ATM props (empty table = no ATMs)
`Config.MaxTransaction`	Highest single deposit / withdraw / transfer
`Config.Transfer`	Enable transfers, transfer fee %
`Config.BlockIfUnpaidFines`	Freeze withdraws and transfers while fines are unpaid
`Config.Fines`	Command, jobs + minimum grade, duty, max amount, reason length, distance, society payout
